Refund policy

If you ask within 14 days of the date a Miniwall plan payment was charged, we will request the refund through Paddle, which processes payments as our merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to the refund. A refund goes back to the card or payment method you used.

Paddle is our merchant of record. That means Paddle processes your payment, collects the tax and sends you the receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle too, so your bank statement and your receipt may show Paddle, not Miniwall.

Email hello@miniwall.app from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt from Paddle. Tell us the project and which payment, and we will request the refund. You do not need to cancel first.

What helps us:

• the email on your account
• the date of the payment
• the project name

• The first payment, a renewal or an upgrade charge, when you ask within 14 days of that charge.
• The amount charged for that payment, including tax, as far as Paddle's terms allow.
• We don't refund part of a billing period after the 14 days. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.

After a refund your project moves to the Free plan. Your screens keep showing and nothing is deleted. Paid features such as A/B tests and schedules pause until you upgrade again. See Plans and limits in the terms.

We request the refund as soon as we have your email. After that, Paddle and your bank decide how long it takes: it can take some days to reach your card.

You can cancel in the dashboard at any time: open Plans and choose Cancel plan. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don't charge again after that.
